Can anyone help, I'm a mom looking at sending herself back to college after being at home for many years with the children. I have seen the course that i want to do through TAFE Gold Coast (certificate III/ Diploma children services), but the course fee is $5000 and if i want to do the extended course it's $15,000 . I have looked on the TAFE website and i can't find anything on payment. Does anyone know if i have to pay the whole amount on enrolment, or can i split it through the year. Can i get any help of the government for going back to college full time.......or if anyone else has done this course and can give me any feed back.
Any help would be much appreciated.

TAFE usually take payment by Semester - seems a bit expensive. Cert III should be less than 2K - are you not a permanent resident ? 5K would be more the fee for an international student to do the course.
