I think me and Ant are gonna look at getting married over here first then apply for a visa, have a nice wedding with friends and family, and tell them all then our plans. Then apply for a spouce visa, I hope we will be ok xx

Very Straight forward then - you just need to get the timing of the application for the spouse 306/100 visa and, as I said previously, this can mean applying for this visa before you get married if you wish to leave soon after the marriage.

Ton sorry for these constant questions, last one..

If we dont wanna go straight after we are married (as in two weeks) and dont mind waiting the 4 months or whatever it is for the spouse visa to go through, can we just apply when we are ready after the wedding say be married a month then apply , there wouldnt be any real problem with that would there? I know we would have to stay in this country longer but should be ok?
Im sorry for all my little questions and I really appreciate all your great replies.

That's right, London AHC are very quick to process these applications, the main waiting period will be how long it takes you to get your health and character clearances sorted - so 3 to 4 months is very realistic.
