any poms living in darwin? have been here for a little while and everyone seems to be a backpacker and passing through. loking at buying a house and settling for a while. would love to know if anybody else doing same thing.

Im in the process of applying for a visa through the RSMS scheme as I have the skills in social care and we are needed out in the northern territory so my family are hoping to move to Darwin shortly. Just wanted to find out how long the visa process may take, what to expect in Darwin as I have never been to Darwin at all nevermind Austrailia, So it will be a new challenge help!
