another skills visa ?
If a skills visa is granted what does that entitle you to do? Would it be possible to start a new business, or buy an existing business?

Yes there is but i dont meet the criteria...dont have that much money, and i dont own a business that is that successful...

Given that you are granted a permanent residency visa you can live and work wherever in Australia you like. You can be employed or start a business ... or do nothing other than enjoy the surf ... :)
