I don't think so. From the immi.gov.au website:
Your relative/sponsor must be one of the following:
* parent
* child
* brother/sister
* uncle/aunt
* niece/nephew
This is part of the 'General Skilled Migration' visa class - sponsorship lowers your points score to (I think) 110, but you still need to make up those 110 points elsewhere.
Best bet is to check with an agent - they know these things inside out. I can recommend Overseas Emigration -
www.my-oe.com. They'll be able to tell you (for free) if you're likely to qualify.
