Hi, i was wonding if anyone knows what the average salary for nurses is and how it compares to the uk. I have been qualified 3 years (RN adult)

Hi Claire

Queensland equivalent rates are from £22900 to £24600 Clinical Nurse -
(and up to £28k with super and a/leave loading.

and £14300 to £22600 Registered Nurse ($39800 to $53500).

Casual £10-14 ph.

Ps - this is based on current exchange rates to give you a rough idea but your dollar will go further.
