Hi everyone, first time at this so bear with me!
We hope to move to Perth Jan/Feb 06y. We are going out on a 457 Temporary 4yr visa , my husband has been sponsored. Can anyone tell us if we can get a mortgage (if we need to) on this visa? Secondly I am a Registered Nurse Level 2 can anyone tell me whether I can use this qualification?

We are on a 163 state sponsered vias 4 years, we got a mortgage this year on a no docs low docs, the rate was good and we had no problem however had to apply to the foreign investment review board for approval which again was no problem. All in all took 4 weeks to complete. All the best / Alison
