Pio What Does It All Mean

Now I know i'm probably being really silly, and I read Tim's messages about all the fab upgrades (thanks Tim), BUT what does it all mean??

Is there a place on here where it tells us what each feature means, or is it that simple to people that they don't know this facility lol

I tried accept an invite for a friend, and I dont know if it done it or not? I have not got a Scooby Doo what I am doing.

And the site is running so slow for me that I haven't got the time to sit and try and to explore, I really don't like not knowing what I am doing.

Please help someone and explain everything to me in laymans terms (simple simple and keep it simple)

But can I please ask about this friend bit, before you could send each other PM's and that was private between 2 people. I have read the link you have given me Tim, but can you please explain abt the friend and what it means, does it mean that you can have a life talk with them ? I am so not with it lol

The reputation part looks like fun, have I got one yet lol x (probably PIO numbskull !!)

lol,, it was confusing to us too at first ,luckily a few of us have been practising on Brits Abroad!
The freind thing means you can chat a bit like Msn,or you can see it next time you log on,the converstaion can be seen by all the people you accept as freinds,so a few of you can type message to each other.(hope this makes sense)
When you click on your Pm box a drop down should now come up with notifications etc ,this tells you what the different notifications are ,PM,Freind request etc.When you are on your profile page ,the freinds you have accepted should be shown about half way down on the right of the page .To accept a freind click the box in the corner of their pic and then click save changes.

I went into Tim's profile as wanted to find his thread on the upgrades, on there was a message from Ali I think, well I could see this message but Tim hasnt got me as a friend LOL so how did I see the messages

And if I want to talk to my friend, do I just type in the box and then they type back? I havent even got msn LOL

Right anyone must be able to see the converstaion then ,i thought it was just friends.You just type in the box and click submit ,it will list all messages between you and your friends.If you dont want people to see ,if its personal etc use the PM way.

Well I just logged on here, after missing everyone last night as it all crashed on me, my email in box told me that 2 messages on this thread one from Eddie & Tina (3:48am) and one from Cal, BUt they are not here - did the crash lose the messages

Or are the messages in a new feature?
