Lessons in English/French

Does anyone know of any schools that teach French and English as our children are bilingual and we would like them to continue on that route.

Many thanks your help would be appreciated

We have one school that is a bilingual French/English program here in Canberra - Telopea Pk School. Students usually go on from there to College at Narrabundah College which does the IB as well as the ACT assessments.

The school is, in part, supported by the French government so all the French teachers are native French speakers and there is a parallel curriculum so all subjects are taught in French as well as in English.

They dont have league tables here in Aus but, yes, it is a very desirable school with people trying all sorts of ways to get their kids into it. If a child is French/English bilingual then they would be considered a good applicant - it is the only semi selective school in Canberra.
