vickiweath is on a distinguished road
transfer to Oz uni

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help???!
We have now appointed an agent and applied for vetassess for my OH who's a joiner. I am finishing my 1st yr at Uni doing a BA English degree with a view to teaching. I already am a qualified CELTA teacher (EFL) but haven't got recent experience as had a baby, etc.
How likely is it that I can transfer my degree to an Oz uni and how much would it cost?

Please help as I might have to try to switch my degree!

Thanks

Try this link, there is a lot of information on the University site.

I am sure that you can transfer but best to get some specialist advice.

Good luck

If your oh gains PR then you will be a local student which saves a lot of money.

You can transfer credits you need to provide full transcripts and subject descriptions of subjects studied.

As PR I do not think you can defer fees via HECS but still much lower than international.

Another alternative is to do Oz equivalent of Open University, more fleixble and economic.

Cheers Andrew
