Skani
There would be no single "best" primary school. There would be many very good schools out of the hundreds in Sydney. Do you know where you will be living? Each school has a defined enrolment catchment area.

I will be trying to rent out accommodation within the catchment area. The rental range preferably $500 per week.
JockinTas
There are hundreds of primary schools in the Sydney area. Here is a list of the so-called best primary schools. Many of them are private. https://bettereducation.com.au/school/Primary/nsw/sydney_top_primary_schools.aspx
Quoll
There isn't just one! Most primary schools are pretty good and general rule of thumb is that if you wouldn't want to live in a neighbourhood then you wouldn't want your kids to go to school in that neighbourhood. Choose where you live based on where you will be working, what other sort of things interest you and your budget. $500 isn't going to get you very much unfortunately. The NESB will be dealt with at the school level but obviously speaking English at home and engaging in out of school activities with other English speaking kids will help language development
