Starting School

Hi everyone just after some advice a week ago i moved to brisbane but am after some information

My Daughter's r 1 yrs old n 11 yrs old
My sons are 2 yrs old & 5 yrs old


when do they start school??

Also can anyone reccomend any good schools in brisbane

I am in NSW so I don't know for sure about QLD, but a quick Google found this for you http://education.qld.gov.au/parents/starting.html. There should be info on there. For school info you could try here for info http://www.myschool.edu.au/.

You've got a bit of a wait for the 1 year old and 2 year olds ! The 5 year old should be able to start- school year starts in January but many kids start during the year. The 9 year old would probably go to the same school as the 5 Y.O- primary school. They go to Secondary College about 12
