      If any members experience problems on the forum - login issues, profile problems, graphical issues etc, more often than not, these can be resolved by deleting your Internet Browsers cache & cookies (either all of them of just the pomsinoz cookie). Instuctions on how to delete cache & cookies in different browers are below.


      Google Chrome

      1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
      2. Select Tools.
      3. Select Clear browsing data.
      4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
      5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of timeto delete everything.
      6. Click Clear browsing data.



      Internet Explorer 8 & 9


      1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools. If you don't see the menu, press Alt on your keyboard to show menus.
      2. Select Delete Browsing History.
      3. Select the checkbox next to "Temporary Internet Files." & select the checkbox next to 'Cookies'.
      4. Click Delete.
      5. It can take several minutes for the cache history to be deleted. Once the files have been deleted, click Okay.



      Internet Explorer 7


      1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools. If you don't see the menu, press Alt on your keyboard to show menus.
      2. Select Delete Browsing History.
      3. Click Delete files.
      4. Click Yes in the confirmation window.
      5. Click Close.
      6. In Internet Explorer, click Tools. If you don't see the menu, press Alt on your keyboard to show menus.
      7. Click Delete cookies.
      8. Click Yes in the confirmation window.
      9. Click Close.



      Firefox

      1. In Firefox, click the Tools menu.
      2. Select Clear Recent History.
      3. Under "Time Range to Clear," select Everything.
      4. Select the "Details" checkbox.
      5. Select the "Cache" checkbox & the "Cookies" checkbox.
      6. Click Clear Now.



      Apple Safari


      1. In Safari, click the Edit menu.
      2. Select Empty Cache.
      3. Click Empty.
      4. Click the Safari menu.
      5. Select Preferences.
      6. Click Security.
      7. Click Show Cookies.
      8. Click Remove All.
      9. Click Done to close the cookies list.
      10. Close the "Preferences" dialog box.
