Beautiful day today
Well it is an absolutely beautiful day today where I live. The sun is shining, the skies are lovely and blue and not too cold either. Hope this is the start of a lovely spring and summer for us all who are still waiting or just starting out on the visa path to Oz.
I live in a beautiful place and am lucky to live here so realise that if Oz never becomes a reality then i could do a lot worse than being here.
I am going to get out for a lovely walk this afternoon as soon as my daughter wakes up from her nap and enjoy the start of spring.

I always used to love those mornings where the sun was shining but the air was cold & frosty - everything looked bright and you felt so awake and alive! Much better than the wind & rain!!

Hi everyone,
we have only lived in this house for 17 years and i woke up today and saw this big yellowy orange thing shining in the sky and i could feel a smidgen of heat from it, does any one know what it is, i saw a similar thing in Perth everyday for a month except it was alot warmer, could it be the same thing.
jim, still thawing out in the freezing uk.
