Favourite places
Reading a couple of posts got me feeling a bit nostalgic about places I used to visit in UK, so it got me wondering - where were you`re favourite places in UK and where are they here?
For me it has to be Oban and Callander in Scotland plus Lavenham in Suffolk, whilst here I do love Margaret River - what about you???

My favourite place in the UK would be Isle of wight, closeley followed by Devon/Cornwall.
In Australia I only have limited knowledge.. But at the moment it would be Bribie Island
can you see a pattern here with islands

I do love Suffolk - beautiful part of the country, my sister lives near Lavenham! Totally envy you living in Tassie - my ideal place in Australia but hubby wanted to settle WA. Im hoping to get over for a visit - a friend at work has relatives there and has asked me to visit with her.

Too many to choose from but I think I would say Elie, Anstruther, Peebles and St Andrews are up there for me. Durham is lovely also.
In WA I really like Dunsborogh
