Best live band you have seen?

Hi all,
I went to Wembley arena last night to watch Kasabian, wow they rock, they really set the place alight and were definitly very close to the best live band i have seen. Others i would highly recommend are Muse and Foo Fighters

Best live band = U2
Best Show from a live band = Take That (sorry but IMHO it's true)

A canadian(i think)band called "rush" way back when i had just left school,seen bon jovi yonks ago when they were supporting black sabbath in southport!motorhead as well,used to be into all that stuff! we roadied for the stranglers once! they were in a pub in lpool and asked us to get their gear into "erics",well not realy roadied,just walked over the road with them and brought a bit of gear in,lol!great band tho the stranglers

best of all "The The" in a derelict warehouse in Hannover, also saw them at brixton accadamy.

REM in Liverpool in '89 when they were a proper rock band, before the acoustic guitars and mandolins.

Queen were a very good live act, and I was lucky enough to see them at Knebworth for Freddie's final gig.

I saw Seasick Steve the other week and he was amazing; even when playing piece-of-junk guitars with only 3 or even 1 string, what he did was great... a very good storyteller and performer.

But top of the pile for all-round entertainment, showmanship and the ability to bring a soulless enormo-dome like the MEN Arena to boiling point and keep it there... AC/DC :)

seen lots of live bands . u2 at wembley 93 were amazing. went to see the specials in plymouth last week. they totally nailed it. the best atmosphere i have experienced at a gig in years.

For me, Pearl Jam, without a doubt! Although a smaller, less well-known band called Ezio are very good in a different kind of way!

AC/DC live at Wembley this year, took my 14 year old brother who has loved them since in the womb - told him he has peaked way too early!!!!

I've seen so many gigs it's hard to say.

Genesis at Wembley Stadium in 1987. U2, The Police & Bon Jovi have all been great.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club have always rocked.

Most recent was Muse last week in Birmingham & Green Day the week before in London both of which were fantastic.
