      Is Coke good or bad?

An interesting article where Coca Cola was destroying urban myths about their product, now they are being made to backtrack and apologise in the press & internet.

The ACCC has found Coca-Cola misled in a 'myth busting' ad about the soft drink | Business | News.com.au

Do you drink it and do you feel it is good or bad?

I do drink it,but not a lot as i am diabetic,I quite like it but I'm certainly not a fanatic that some of my friends are about it,for me it has to be really cold with some ice, that makes it refreshing.
Like a lot of things in life I think in moderation it's ok for you but too much is bad.

I would rather drink metal polish than i would diet coke,it's revolting,as are all "Diet" soft drinks.I have cut down a lot on the amount of soft drink I consume since I was diagnosed diabetic in 2007.

I do drink it but not as much as I used too. I would say too much of it is bad for you

I can't say I like Coca Cola that much. I much prefer Pepsi (Max!!) over all. I try not to have too much though

I hate cola, and in fact dislike most soft drinks. I usually have tap water or wine with a meal (depending on whether I am driving) and generally drink water or coffee during the day.

I do enjoy J2O occasionally, but really prefer water as a thirst quencher.

Since having my son nearly 12 years ago I have tried to keep the whole family off artificial sweeteners. I am too worried about the health risks. I would rather my family had fewer "real" soft drinks than loads with potentially harmful chemicals added.

I admit that I might think differently if I actually liked the taste though!

im not a great fan of any fizzy drinks and make my children drink cordial its far better for them and after all there is no real need for them to have fizzy at all if im not drinking it and buying it they wont feel the need to drink it
