OMG OMG JUST BEEN ON CHANNEL 112 ON SKY AND I COULDNT BELEIVE THAT I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH SNAKES, SPIDERS, SHARKS, ANTS AND THE REST OF THE CREEPY CRAWLIES BUT THERES NOW AN EVEN MORE HARMFUL CREATURE..........


THE AUSTRALIAN LEARNER DRIVER ON CHANNEL 112 THE LAST WOMAN I WATCHED WAS SHE TOOK A WING MIRROR OF A CAR CARRIED ON DRIVING NEARLY KNOCKED A POSTMAN OFF HIS BIKE AND THEN AT GOD KNOWS WHAT SPEED TRIES TO PARK AND HITS SOMETHING AND THE AIRBAGS GO OFF.............. BUT THE INSTRUCTOR WAS REALLY NICE BLESS THE OZZIES THEY REALLY ARE LAID BACK NOT TO OF HIT HER I WOULD OF STRANGLED HER...

I've just been watching that too!!! Mostly with mouth wide open in complete and utter amazement that some people really are that bad at driving......reminds of "Maureen" of the similar British Driving School programme years ago....

it's not just the L drivers you have to watch - there is an even deadlier breed, the P platers who not only lack judgement they go much faster too - usually at twice the speed limit leaving big black trails of rubber behind them on the road. Then there are the unmarked cars as well - the trick is to see if the driver is wearing a hat and driving a Volvo, they are particularly dangerous! Oh yes, it is a jungle out there

Put it this way - my OH (who has severe panic attacks, full body tremors and fainting fits) has a full NSW driving licence.

The very nice chap at the DVLA actually laughed at her when she phoned up to see what she had to do to get a UK licence. They won't grant her a provisional licence over here let alone allow her to drive on an international licence.

I'ts not just the learners its all aussie drivers Especialy at roundabouts, they dont know what they are or how to use them They will stop and give way to the right even if nothing is coming YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! And they dont know what the lights on the side of the cars are for as they never indicate. And they think they own the road and you have to get out of their way, And they definately dont agree that the outside lane is for overtaking only

The aussie drivers are mad,(have you ever driven in spain,they are loons and the aussies are just as bad!!!!) i find the aussies hardly ever give way & if you do for them theres no recognition of a thanks, they also indicate when going round a left or right hand bend in the road......... whats all that about ? and they love to lane swap i think its their pastime !!! LOL, i always had a bit of a lead foot in the uk, but here in oz i have slowed down soo much its unreal
