I know that we sort of did this before but what are your "12 steps" for your P-I-O obsession!

I`ll start

STEP 1:admit you have a problem.

MY NAME IS JO AND I AM OBSESSED WITH PIO!

STEP 2 : ALWAYS HAVE PIO SITE IN YOUR FAVOURITES .... QUICKER TO GET TO LOL

Tell your OH it's all in the name of research (if you're UK based)

Tell your OH it's about 'giving something back' (if you're in Aus)

Leave it at least 10 mins before clicking the "refresh" button (just in case you've missed any new posts!)

Ok, we have

STEP 5 - associate with other PIO`ers. A problem shared and all that.......

Step 7 or 8.... Attend as many PIO meetings as possible. Put faces to the names of the friends you have made!
