Welll...Start Monday morning 8.30am as a retention specialist..Went for a job in sales for a huge insurance company..After a day of assesments and then a re interview the next day, the recruitment girl called me up and said I am sorry we cant offer you a job in sales but we feel you will do well in another dept..Sounds good to me as it is salaried as opposed to base wage and commision...There wasnt a position going ut they have made one available just for me..How cool is that!!!! Basically If you have an insurance policy with the company then I work hard to keep you with us..Suits me just fine...
Really looking forward to it although am feeling a little nervous but its all good...

Hi Jo, I hope you get this before you start on Monday. But.... I think I may be starting at the same place as you. My job is in Retention, for a big Insurance company.

I got offered the job in Feb, but had to wait until now, as I couldnt get my boys into day care straight away.

How funny if its the same place.
