Hey Jo

Just reading your text makes me breath a sigh of relief because I have been worrying if our move to Oz is the right thing to do. I know that leaving my family will be the hardest part of our move but for our daughter Mia I know it will be the best thing we can do. Our application is to be sent off next week and then it's just going to be a waiting game!

Thank you so much for your very heartfelt text. It brought tears to my eyes

Cheers
Claire xx

WOW jo, what a brilliant post. I find your posts so honest, and fun sometimes. I am sure that missing family and friends must be a terrible strain on a lot of families who move over to Oz and i do feel that being on pio will help so many people moving over there, including myself. I haven't been a member very long but spend as much time as i can on here finding out information and just chillin out reading posts. All the best to you and your family and keep the posts coming. Regards
Rose

Beerwah is dead-and is certainly not posh ! As many bogans here as anywhere ! But it is a different place, I don't think it is an overspill from the coast : most of my neighbours would not care if they did not see the beach again. You can get a larger block of land without being on top of your neighbours : but don't expect much to go on : nobody seems to do much in Beerwah ! In time it will get better but there aren't much services here at the moment-maybe that is why it is cheaper : you can certainly get value for money in Beerwah but it depends what you are after. And yes, if we could afford the coast-we'd probably be there !
