When I go to the UK in March I am going to my cousins wedding and I would like to give them something different, anyone have any ideas if there is anything traditional that aussies give to brides & grooms?? Or if anyone has any ideas what I could take them?
Nothing really "traditional" - most of the people I know who have married recently tend to head off to Myers and set up a gift list!!!! However, if you were looking for something Aussie then Splayds always used to be a good idea but for all I know they may have them in UK now. Carved/turned wood - some of the stuff you get in craftsmens shops can be pretty impressive but it can be heavy to carry.
Now, for babies it used to be baby lambskins so you can bear that in mind for the baby shower!!!
