      Talking Diets make you smell....

      I've never been much good with diets, but then I exercise a lot so can normally eat what I want. But since I acquired my Pegleg 2 weeks ago, I have been unable to go out training.
      I decided to try the Dukan as I don't need too many carbs, sitting on my jacksie, watching Jezza Kyle ( I succumbed, I'm sorry).

      I've been on it a total of 10 hours and I'm bored already. I've had nothing but chicken all day. My flat mate is not impressed with my SBD's- silent but deadlys. I am gonna try and give it the full 10 days on the attack phase, but I fear he may stick me in one of my own ''dutch ovens'' and that would mean certain death

      Did anyone on here try it and have any good results? Any tips for beating the cravings?

      Sorry, diet isn't in my dictionary , though I seemed to have lost weight without trying! I'm gonna try and keep fit using my bike, and walking lol!
      good luck with it though, I'll try not to tell you when i'm tucking into a yummy choc cake

      I threw out all of my choccie supplies today. I went into a proper ''Bear Grylls Survival mode'' last night and thought it would be a while til I had some, so had 4 bars one after another........then waited an hour and had 2 more, with some biccies and choccie philly spread.

      Sorry can't give any words of wisdom regarding diets but I will say Missus B, I am shocked! Shocked that you could watch Jezza Kyle. Wean yourself off him now - before it is too late!

      Everyone secretly loves a bit of Jezza...

      Better stop talking about chocolate lol, the only chocolate i've had lately is the choc on digestives! I went through a phase of constantly eating chocolate before we left for NZ though, the only reason i'm not eating it now is because we're staying at my nans and she has none in the house!

      I tried the chocolate philly but don't rate it as nice as nutella but probably less calories!

      I admit to an occasional look when I visit a particular cafe - ALWAYS has him on! Why do people agree to going on it??????

      Oi Missus B. No cardio but I reckon you could do a few abs and bicep curls.

      I have never done the protein only thing. Don't want to put a completely geeky spin on it but the biochemical pathway in the liver to break down the protein to make glucose kicks up all sorts of extra toxins and waste that the kidney and liver have to deal with. Your brain can only metabolise pure glucose so it has to come from somewhere.

      That said Jeremy Kyle is probably more toxic.

      I don't eat that much chocolate except the occasional Fry's Chocolate Cream but I love crisps and nuts.

      If I want to drop a few pounds I keep the food group balance but cut out the crap , drop the calories and increase the exercise. Been at it the last few days and everything aches.
