I've never been much good with diets, but then I exercise a lot so can normally eat what I want. But since I acquired my Pegleg 2 weeks ago, I have been unable to go out training.
I decided to try the Dukan as I don't need too many carbs, sitting on my jacksie, watching Jezza Kyle ( I succumbed, I'm sorry).
I've been on it a total of 10 hours and I'm bored already. I've had nothing but chicken all day. My flat mate is not impressed with my SBD's- silent but deadlys. I am gonna try and give it the full 10 days on the attack phase, but I fear he may stick me in one of my own ''dutch ovens'' and that would mean certain death
Did anyone on here try it and have any good results? Any tips for beating the cravings?
