Ok if you remember telling a lie

I accidentally pressed NO I misread and thought you mean“t on the forum

When I worked for my OH I told him I was really really sick one morning and unable to get out of bed to go to work, he asked me what was wrong and I said “my stomach hurts and I feel really sick“, he left the room, called in the cavalry, showered and got ready for work, left the house. I waited 10 minutes to make sure he was gone and then got up ..... showered, got back into bed and spent the day relaxing reading and watching TV ....... I have told him the truth since, and he said “he thought as much“.......

To be a good liar one has to have a very good memory and my memory unfortunately is not what it used to be

I do try not to and have had to bite my tounge at times, to spare someone's feelings, rather than lie. As I get older I have learnt to have a bit more tact.

Saying that, I too have lied deliberately in the past to protect family and vulnerable people. Would I do it again? You bet ya, in a heart beat. I believe I will be judge one day and I feel He will understand.

I'm just wondering if the people who voted having not told a lie may have lied when they were 4! LOL

Do men lie........? Every time our wives say "does my bum look big in this" or "were you checking that girl out?"
