Knickerbocker Glory in Cornwall or Devon comes to mind

We used to go the fair in Morley near Leeds in the late 60s early 70s and it came once a year and we were so excited going on the rides, eating candy floss and listening to all the noise the rides made, the smells of the food and the atmosphere were brilliant.

Tisme, I remember most of those, but not the Ice Breaker! Vice Versas were superb.
My all time favourite chocolate bar was Secret - the sort of chocolate nest with mousse-y stuff inside. Amazing.
And what about Cheesy Criss Cross?! They were out of this world. To me. When I was like 8.

Great thread, where do I start.
Gob stoppers
and Bay City Rollers (cheesy - so it fits in this thread)
Home at last - Yippee

I remember the "baccy" in a cloth pouch, I loved it. Loved the black bubblegum too, but my parents didnt.
What about being taken to Bournville on a school trip and being taken around the chocolate factory. And a neighbour who brought home from work a variety of bluebird toffees.
Pretend cigarettes, bottles of dandelion and burdock, a time before coke cola hmmmm showing my age here!

Anyone remember the 1970's UK corner sweet shop frozen pyramid drink called jubbly ?
A bugger to open then takes ages to suck and melt it, lovely though.
Your jubbly sounds like the 'sunny boy's we had in Aust. They came in 3 flavours - Sunburst =orange, Razz = raspberry, and Glug = cola. They used to cost 5c.
Sometimes you could win free ones if you were lucky enough to get a pyramid with free written inside. I used to buy the empty winning packets off kids for 2c, claim the free sunny boy and on sell them for 4c undercutting the retail price but doubling my money.

Yum yum remember the baccy it had a lovely coconut taste ,jubblys seemed to last for ever. I loved the golden nugget chewing gum in a cloth bag, Spangles and salt & vinegar bones as well as cheese & onion fangs
