      Aussie slang Any Tips?

Can anyone tell me the Australian slang words I will hear the most - and their meaning please - I recently watched The Block in the UK and realised I don't understand about a third of what they are saying lol

You could try this link although someone might want to comment on how accurate it is (also assuming it's ok to post links - new to this so delete if not allowed)

Shorten everything and add an "ie" or "o" to the end of it. :-)

Yes, IMHO it's accurate. One or two words I hadn't heard, but that's to be expected as some slang words are regional and used in one part of the country but not others.

I think you mean "arvo" for afternoon? Not to be confused with "avro" which is (or was) a type of aircraft.
