We dont know is the honest answer, it has taken a long time to get our visa's as we first applied in 2008 and then the kids were younger and it seemed much more of an option plus of course the exchange rate was hugely better and as some will know on here we had given up with the idea as we never thought we would get the visa's then of course they came out of the blue and we had a year to validate from last December and to be honest we could have done without the cost of the trip as my business has not been great for the last 18 months or so much the same as lots of others.
Having said all of that we were not prepared to give up on all of the hard work, paperwork, time and money we had put into the application and that is where we are now, i have never been although my wife has lived their before so we are going to go with an open mind and treat it as the holiday of a lifetime but also with half an eye on whether we could live there at some point.

At least your validating them, you have 5 years to move dont you? Hopefully the exchange rate will pick up for you. You've got lots of time to decide when to move and you get a great holiday out of it lol im jealous!
