The bananas in Tesco are cheap for a reason. Mostly because they taste like they've been grown on some industrial estate in Chernobyl. As for the rest of their fruit, well that's just as artificial and plasticy. I'd rather go to our local fruit and veg guy. At least I can pick it up and eat it that day rather than wait until next week.

I suppose most of the food I noticed was cheap crap (apart from the bananas) or so I thought.

Old, unfortunately...
Nothing really, an orange tree, mandarin tree, a few passionfruit, monstera deliciosa, custard apple tree and pumpkins (hopefully) if the scub turkeys don't scratch them out..
