Why did you post this?
I find it rather disturbing.

Better now?
It was satire.................a "play on words" of how violence affects children.

Yes, thankfully we all are different.
Just the response that I expected, although I expected a debate from more members considering the thread had more than 70 views.
I didn't say that I thought it was satire.
The original context of the video was that a student study group showed the original (where adults were shot), to parents of kids aged between 11 and 16. A very high percentage stated that they wouldn't (strongly) object to their kids seeing the movie, and more than 40% said that they wouldn't object at all, many basing their opinion on the fact that kids are confronted with violence constantly via tv and playstations etc.
Shown the "doctored" clip, where kids were shot, more than 90% said that they wouldn't let their kids see it.
You can draw your own conclusions re their findings. Mine are, that a life is a life and if you are prepared to let your kids see the violent death of an adult, then why not that of a child? It's rather like the old debate regarding capital punishment for the killers of police. Is a policeman's life worth more than any other person?
The video has since been picked up by many web sites and used in different contexts...........satire being one of them.

So, do you want to expand further?
Have you watched a Segal movie? Do you watch any violent movies, and/or did you allow your kids to watch them? If so, why do you think that the shooting of kids is more abhorrent than the shooting of adults?

OK, so you won't respond further, although, in all fairness, (which I doubt will be forthcoming), I think an answer as to how, as you put it, "You have your twisted views on the subject" has been arrived at. You have absolutely no idea what I think of the subject.
I haven't stated any "views"other than to say, "a life is a life"
I've simply posed questions which you, or anyone else, have failed to answer.
Why would the majority of parents find it appropriate to let their kids watch a movie portraying multiple deaths of adults and yet find a similar movie substituting kids for adults as abhorrent?
Is one individual's life worth more than onother?
