How many times have your kids left home

My sisters 5 year old lad said he had had enough and was going to leave the house and live in his tent at the bottom of the garden with his dog after an argument with his mom

Have your kids ever threatened to leave home.

No kids as yet, though my brother tells me about a time when me my and my brother left home when I was about 4 and he was 8. We made some sandwiches and packed a blanket and off we went. We got to the bottom of the road. After about 25 minutes it started to rain. He told me that I started crying and he got scared so he brought me home minutes later. Not the worlds greatest adventure but it makes us laugh.

My two left home at 16 & 12, they didnt like the 7pm curfew we imposed upon them.

We packed a case of food and clothes for them, it was all done very decently and harmoniously. They left at 8pm and were home by 10pm.

My Millie when she was four packed her rucksack and got dressed in her walking gear , with her fishing rod and said she didn't need us anymore ( after she was asked to tidy her toys up)

So as she went to the front door we said " you sure you don't need us anymore ) she said no

I said she couldn't possibly wear the clothes we bought her then or her shoes , so she best leave them behind and find something that she had bought to wear .
She left the house with a swimming costume on and a handbag and scootered down the road

Didn't take her to long to come back because she rolled over her foot with the scooter

      ah love kids
