Anyone really cold?

its been the worst winter in most of australia this year, but prior to that there has been years of drought, stop whinging about it, lol, if you lived here you would have a right to whinge.

To be honest Hoff, most australians prefer it a bit milder and wetter than having a drought with constant heat, Oz needs the water and this year has been welcome, I hinestly thing the climate is changing in Oz with 40c+ heatwaves with forest fires and then torrential rain with flooding being the norm over the last decade.

I'm sure that's what they are thinking, all their possessions destroyed, the house basically waterlogged for weeks but that has to be better than some cold and snow.

Looks like paradise to what the uk has suffered.

Still nasty though, it isn't country wide, just a few areas.

My niece's house had all waterpipes burst and the house has 6 inches of ice in it. that is in Cumbria.

Possessions and property can be replaced and each year here in the UK Its been similar, with thousands of houses flooded and people going through the same thing, the Arctic weather that we have had the last several weeks has seen dozens of poor people killied and seriously injured and as i said before, they just found a poor woman under the ice with her dog frozen to death, its been horrendous and effected the ALL of the country, not just certain areas. Must be awful for their poor families.
