Smile Anyone from Northern Ireland/UK living in Perth?

We are a young family from Co Antrim, are son is almost three and there is another wee one due in September.
We arent so new to Perth, we have been living in Perth for 6 years now. Athough we have been here 6 years it is still really nice to hear from people back home. (I've always been bit of a home bird!!)

hi,

i came to Perth from the uk 3 weeks ago, I have started my job and the rest of the family will be out on the 1st july. I cant wait although I am now busy sorting out schools and child care - have 2 boys one aged 12 and the other is coming up 3.

I am still spending my time getting lost every time I try to go somewhere, when will this end?

Hellofolks,

Newbie to forum here. We are thinking of moving to Perth from Blackpool, UK and have been looking at the Mandurah area to live. Can anyone please give us advice about literally ANYTHING,lol. Also which areas are best to live in, can we bring our laptops and x-box over to Oz? Is there a British group over there for get togethers?

Any replies are greatfully appreciated.

Jo, xxxx

Me and the family, Daughter and wife to be once we get over there are moving to the Perth area but not sure which part yet as still looking.

Like the sound of Joondlup, Cannington or poss Midlands as there are the few places that I would be able to work as the other places we dont like the sound of or too expensive. We hope to be out there early to mid next year.
