Hi there, sorry we havn't replied we have been visiting the family down in Tod of all places. The wife is from Hebden and we can't believe how much it has changed.......where have all the hippies gone? It's all just a little too crowded for our liking and how many houses can you put in one space???? Hebden was crowded before with no parking or gardens.......now it is horrendous. There doesn't seem to be one familiar face anymore............just confirmed for us that we are doing completely the right thing by going to Oz. We were never going to stay on Skye forever and had thought about moving back to be neer family but there doesn't seem to be anything to move back to. There may be more people there now but it is like you said nothing has really changed. We are just ready for new challenges and a new way of life now......we just wish it could be easier as we would move tomorrow.

I work in the town centre and hubby works in Elland..visit Tod park alot in the summer...it;s great since they spruced it up and eldest dd loves riding her bike round there
