Just waiting for our furniture !!!

Hi All
We left England New Years Eve - this is the first time have visited PIO since being a resident of Australia lol
We have rented a house in Little Mountain, got the kids in school at beginning of term they are both happy with their new schools & friends.
OH started work last week. Our house sale has still not gone through in England hopefully we should have a completion date in the next 24 hours.
All we need now is for our furniture been living in an empty house for 3 weeks it will be like christmas all over again when it arrives.
Oh yes and we would like the rain to stop and the sun to shine !!!!!!
Other than that we are all very happy.

we have been here since 15th Nov and still waiting for our furniture!! It left our house on the 13th October so over 4 months now. Think we went with the wrong company!! they reckon it should be here within the next week but I'm not holding my breath.

From your description of the rain it sounds like you're in Brissie or somewhere in Queensland!

Yes that would be nice - funny I have just dropped my 8 year old off at Golden Beach for a party.
What school do your children go to ?
My In laws have just arrived from England for a visit
It is a bit hectic at mo but would like to meet as my husband is already out working and I need to get out and about
