Anyone in living in Perth city area

Hello everyone

well we finally made it been here a week still a bit shell shocked we are enjoying it but we have started to realise the enormity of what we have done.. I miss my family although I know it will take time to adjust it would be nice to meet up with other people in this area and have a drink and a chat Its me and my boyfriend who have come out we are living near leederville so we are not far from subiaco or perth city

it would be great to hear from other people that have recently emigrated.

Mandy - if you're arriving Novemeber you'll be here for the meet as it's in December. I'm in Leeming which is about 15 mins from the city and 20 mins from Freo, older suburb but lovely, nice mix of young and older people, schools in the area and surrounding suburbs have good reputations. Hope to see you on the 2nd

Hi Vicky, me and my girlfriend live in Nollamara which is not far from Leederville, we have been here for 12 weeks now. We'd be up for meeting for a drink and chat.

Hi were in leederville at the momemt but looking for somewhere else as its only temp and my stuff arrives in a couple of weeks yippeee cant wait to sleep in my own bed.
