Well after speaking to a migration agent it seems we could have been setting ourselves up for a sharp fall! If John did the NVQ he wouldn't be able to claim for his previous building experience as they would take his experience from the date of the new qualification! Well all is not lost as it seems we still have a good chance without the NVQ. Im glad I found this out now and not once it was already done and irreversible....

They have acknowledged a receipt of the same and have marked payment as received on 13th January'12. Has anyone immigrated to oz then came back to uk and now going back again?? 20-01-12 Good news today John had a phone call to confirm that he can book his place for NVQ Level 2 in bricklaying in Feb. This is done over a weekend and he will also have his cscs blue card. Even better was the news that it is fully funded so we don't have to pay the £995 more money saved for the Oz Fund!!
