Well it seems as though the children will be going back to school in September even though i had really hoped they wouldn't need to. It just feels like we have so much more to do still so it looks as though it'll be October now when we depart. were applying for a sklled workers visa, my hubby is a bricklayer and we got our TRA back in nov 07,,,is there a check list that we can got by as to what exactly needs to be sent in with the application so as not to have any delays?? were not using an agent,, any information would b greatly appreciated

hi every 1,please can any 1 heip us,we have been in ozy (brisbane) for the last 14 months and we bought a unit for 175,000 last year, we had it valued last week and its worth 240,000 as the market has been great.our visa runs out nxt year and just in case we have to return to the uk(hope not).we have heard that you can not take any profit made on a property back to england,does any 1 now if this is true?
