Havent done one of these before, so i thought i should start.

First i'll introduce myself. Im Kelly, married to Chris and have a three yr old son, Adam. Im a Psychatric nurse and hubby is a mechanical engineer.

What do i know about Oz? nothing, I have friends who live in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brissi.
They love it - so if they do, i dont think we can go wrong!

Some people ive told have asked me why Oz? I dont know really, why not?!! We're not looking for anything, not running from anything, we have no reason to move, we have no expectations.

Last month, Oct 2008 we decided to seriously look in to moving/emigrating.

I contacted an immigration agency and a nursing agency. The immigration one called and said they would help get things on a role for PR and we would be looking at 18months or so. The nurse agency - Geneva health - said if I went for a sponser application it take only 6-8 months. We could always look at PR at a later time. The longest part was getting registered within a state.

I like easy options and the sponser route was the way to go.....

So in the last few weeks Papers have been downloaded, applications complete, solicitors paid for checking docs...tsk....and today everything is in the post..........Eeekk!!!
