I'm all excited today, me and MrMeg spent all morning seriously discussing and planning our finances. We have come to the realisation that we will probably have little or no equity in the flat by the time we plan to leave in September 2010 due to the crappy housing market, so we have 23 months to save as much money as physically possible! What we hope is that the housing market will have dropped and will then be beginning to recover, leaving us with our initial deposit of 15k, which we can then ...

Well we got back from Australia a month ago tomorrow! We have been so busy since we got back that I haven’t had time to really sit down and think about it and write my blog!

I've just finsihed cleaning the house because my Mum, Dad, Sister and Brother in Law are comming tfor sunday lunch tommorow... and we are telling them that we ARE going!
