I'm all excited today, me and MrMeg spent all morning seriously discussing and planning our finances. We have come to the realisation that we will probably have little or no equity in the flat by the time we plan to leave in September 2010 due to the crappy housing market, so we have 23 months to save as much money as physically possible!
