Living Life - Yes Really!

Well here I am some 8 months after getting the visa, and sat in the UK still – this was my worst case scenario and it happened…. can’t sell the house, can’t go.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not angry, bitter, disappointed, stressed… I could go on as I seemed to go through a range of emotions but now, just feel very blaze and think it will happen when it does.

I was going to say, well I do have those times when you feel like the 60th person in 1 day has asked if you’ve sold...

Having not updated you blog for nearly 2 months I thought it was about time.

The House

Well no change on that score. Still can’t sell it, sure its been a couple of months since the last viewing, can’t quite remember when but I do know they didn’t even show up! We did have a guy interested but surprise not a peep from him since.

Feeling Resigned

Had a viewing Monday of this week, apparently as usual they loved the house and then you get the big ole BUT, this time all the bedrooms are too small – estate agent and I both agreed this was a load of rubbish.

Estate agent is saying market is dead around here so I’m not expecting a viewing any time soon – although I’d LOVE to be surprised/wrong on that front!

I had a little panic earlier in the week as I’m convinced next door are about to put their house on the market....

The Big Housing Gamble

Well blog, its been a while again, only cos I’m fed up with more griping about the house! So what do I have to add to my blog, well more stuff about the house of course!!!!

It’s about the house but it’s also me and the OH. We seem to have differing views on the path we take to get to Aus.
Whereas, I believe we should reduce the house price to try and sell he’s keener to say no, lets wait for the market to pick up and sell it for the original marketed price we we’re given last...

Up One Day and Down The Next...

Well Blog, I missed my entry last week – didn’t really think I had too much to add…. Seem’s all things regarding Australia are on hold due the house! It’s the same old story!

We are still waiting for Mrs Smith to make up her mind about whether or not she wants to buy the house – she’s done the second viewing. It seems she’s undecided about whether relocating down here to be close to her sister is the right thing to do after her husband died a few months ago. Estate agent have said...
