Spring has arrived and I look forward to it as the buds come on the trees. We have a lot of European species of trees and the main reason we have these is because they shade in the summer and lose their leaves in the winter letting the sun through to the house. We have placed them so they shade and we can walk in the garden and stay in the shade when its hot. Where do I start.

I was born in Lincolnshire and lived in Suffolk till we left the UK to emigrate to Africa where we lived in the now Zimbabwe we really loved it there but with the troubles my father took us to live in New Zealand. When my uncle emigrated to Perth my parents went to live in Perth and I went to live in Sydney.
