Here we go again, its makeover time. At least we arent trying to move 90 year old mum into a sheltered flat at the same time - AND - the sun is shining. I think OH has definately gone off the house swapping idea. Dark muttering over breakfast.

I need to get started because I'm taking mum to the cemetary this afternoon (just visiting, you understand). This means driving vertically up a series of blind bends - so not a fun trip - but mum likes to go, despite assorted furry things gobbling up any flowers you leave the minute your back is turned. (Some disrespectful types have been known to tuck in before you have actually left :-)

I have a list The house swap site suggests you make enough room for the visitors belongings so I'm off to sort out my wardrobes. I think its time to visit the charity shop again.

Handily enough, the charity shop depot is down the back street where all the winos hang out .... blackberry jelly anyone?
