Complicated flight combinations, premium economy, stopover, no stopover, long break, short break, two legs, three legs, and a week on the trans-Siberian express from Moscow. I've considered them all. Conclusion? It is going to cost more than last time. I have discovered the concept of in- transit lounges equipped with arrays of relaxing goodies to soothe your weary soul. Why didnt I know this? Where have I been all my life? Not sure I fancy the in-transit tour of Hong Kong, will be more interested in ... well lying down actually. So it looks like victory to the transit lounge and the cheaper tickets. Now where did I put my credit card.......
