sunshine cost 2009

we are moving to oz sept 2009
just had medicals xrays etc and are now researching areas we like the look of caloundra on the sunshine coast but would welcome other peoples opinions on other areas
I am a 40 yr old regiestered nurse, my husband is 46 and works in insurance we have a boy of 16 and girl of 13
we re all excited bout moving to oz but would love to hear from anyone especially who have kids of a similar age

We are looking to go to Caloundra next year...went on a reki last October and met up with two sets off friends...great place to bring up kids...we felt safe and its very clean etc. Iam a yoga teacher (40) and my husbands an accountant (42) 2 boys 15 and 12. tha beaches are great free to park the car and free use of the bbqs... houses are quite expensive but the it depends on how much money you've got to bring over www.realestate.com.au its a good site. Schools kwana high is good as my friends 16yr old goes there and loves it. Weve just aplied online beginning of March so its going to be a long road!! hi both we are also hoping to move to colundra sept 09.we have a boy age 13yrs. we went for xmas and new year just past and loved it so much. like you your wee girl will be going into her last year at school. we are unsure whether to wait till he finishes are the school in colundra is good its better here.but we will see how it goes. did you use an agency to help you along the way?we kow people whom moved ther three years ago and love it. it is cheaper to rent and if you can build your own house. hubby is a joiner and im in real estate so hopefully we can get jobs. please keep in touch and let us know how you get on? lorraine and paul both 44yrs from scotland.

	hi to you how far are you into your application? what made you decide you wanted to emigrate to oz and have you been for a look round yet? we are hoping to go to oz around the start of next year to look t areas, schools and work etc let us know how your plans progress elaine & enzo
