ups and downs

today has been an uppy downy kind of day
The bad
My OH didnt get the house by the beach - the owner decided he didnt like the calibre of people put forward and took it off the market. This is despite offering 6 months rent up front - meh! This is actually a major pain as my OH starts full time work in a week and then its impossible to look for houses as the real estate agents dont work weekends. How nuts is that!! I tell you - there's such an opportunity for Brits with experience of how business are really run (and that includes how to do customer service (a who other topic - dont get me started on how shoddy Oz service is)
Oz still seems like its a long way off. :(
My back flipin' hurts
Its gone bloody cold again
I have to drive to 180 miles to Leeds for a 9am meeting on Wednesday..
The Good
went to get some physio for my back - good news - its not a slipped disc, its "just" a really stiff lower back - so stiff that when I straighten up, its not flexing properly and its pinching my sciatic nerve. its good cos it can be sorted by stretching and specific exercise.
I'm working from home again for 3 days this week
My medicals have cleared LCU.

and when you are doing your relaxation at the end you can lie back and think of oz.... xx |
