Monday:
We get agent 1 around to have a look. Really like the guy and think he will do a good job, value just above what we were expecting and nice marketing with a reasonable fee 1.25%.
We tell him we have 2 others booked and he reckons one will be lower and the other higher than his valuation.
Tuesday:
Agent 2, a bit smarmy and came in lower
Agent 3, nice chap but hideous fixed fee of £6k+. Reckoned on a higher figure than 1
We decide on agent 1 so let them ...

Thought I'd post my own blog describing our journey to a new life in Oz.

First some background.
I am a 41 year old Telecoms Technician (Engineer in the UK!), married and have 3 kids, 8,6 and 2 currently living on the South Coast of Hampshire in a house we built (95% physically ourselves) in 2007.
