ESTATE AGENTS ARE LAZY!!!!

Ok, that point aside, I will now continue to explain my experience. We went with a company in Derby, we'll call "Agent A". They put our house on the market, valued it, came round and then put it in the paper, on the internet, etc, etc, etc. We had initial interest which then tailed off. This was about the same time as the market "crash". As the market drop quicker than a cheap whores drawers, we started to see no viewings.
