hi - would really appreciate anyone commenting who has had experience taking their dog over from England to Melbourne. I have a great opportunity to emigrate and be a mature student - however my biggest mental hurdle is my lovely Cocker Spaniel who I would not on any account leave behind. I find I am more worried about him than myself as I think I have everything straight in my head regarding my own arrangements. I feel I am being cruel putting him on that long flight, am worried sick he'll die...

Hi. Have sent of application for a spouse visa on 13th May 08. Had case officer appointed of the 22nd May 08, and they also requested a few items to be sent. Since then have not heard anything from them, Meds everything sent in all together. Getting concerned now, anyone any idea how long this will take!!!!! Hope to go tho perth by end of year.
