I have lived in Australia for 9 years now and reside in Brisbane having migrated from the UK.

The most disappointing issue for me with Australia is the one-eyed arrogance of many Aussies and their ignorance to the rest of the word.

Many Aussies just do not like the English for no other reason than thats what they have been told to think from birth.

The media in Oz is extremely jingoistic , all you here continually on TV is Aussie this Aussie that to the point...

Hi - I applied for an internal job with my current employer based in Sydney, as yet I am not sure of the package so not sure whether financially it would work for us.

I wanted to know how the visa system works when you transfer within a company and how does that cover my husband and kids ?

Also any thoughts on good areas to live with small kids aged 1 and 3 my company factory is in West Ryde near Parramatta ???
